Claude Cohort for firms

Launching September

A practical four-week course that takes you from Claude fundamentals to building automated, firm-specific workflows that run without you-covering core skills and briefing, setting up Projects and Skills around your firm, connecting Claude to your existing tools, and finishing with a demo day where you present a working tool and a team rollout plan.

How the four weeks run

  1. Wk 1

    Get fluent

    14 September 2026

    • The mental model that changes how you use Claude forever
    • Claude Chat vs Cowork vs Code (what each one is for and when to use it)
    • How to brief Claude properly so it actually does what you need
    • File access, agentic task execution, and what that means in practice
    • Using Claude for research that saves you hours
    • Getting to grips with the fundamentals from the start
  2. Wk 2

    Put your firm into Claude

    21 September 2026

    • Setting up Projects so Claude knows your firm from day one
    • Custom instructions, file context, and templates
    • Intro to Claude Skills and how to build reusable workflows
    • Scheduled Skills: processes that run automatically, without you triggering them
    • Data privacy, permissions, and what's actually safe to use in a team setting
    • Making Claude sound like you, not like a robot
  3. Wk 3

Build something that runs without you

    28 September 2026

    • Connectors and MCP (How Claude plugs into the tools you already use)
    • Combining Skills, Projects, and Connectors into one joined-up system
    • Plugins (what's available, how to install them, and how to build your own)
    • Sub-agents (what they are, when to use them, and how to trigger them)
    • Building one end-to-end process that runs while you get on with everything else
  4. Wk 4

    Demo day

    5 October 2026

    • You can present the Claude asset you've built
    • Honest feedback from the group
    • How to roll this out across your team without it becoming chaos
    • Leave with a working tool, a team rollout plan, and a Q&A to close

Plus

  • A workbook before every session
  • The AIccountancy Prompt Library (every prompt used across the cohort, yours to keep)
  • A Prompt Quality Framework (understand why most people get bad outputs and how to fix it)
  • Project templates for firm-specific use cases
  • Recordings of every session
