- Connectors and MCP (How Claude plugs into the tools you already use)
- Combining Skills, Projects, and Connectors into one joined-up system
- Plugins (what's available, how to install them, and how to build your own)
- Sub-agents (what they are, when to use them, and how to trigger them)
- Building one end-to-end process that runs while you get on with everything else

Demo day

- You can present the Claude asset you've built
- Honest feedback from the group
- How to roll this out across your team without it becoming chaos
- Leave with a working tool, a team rollout plan, and a Q&A to close
