1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of digital products from aiccountancy.co.uk. By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is operated by Billie McLoughlin FCCA, trading as AIccountancy, of 244 West Ella Road, West Ella, Hull, HU10 7SF.

2. Our Products
We sell digital products including, but not limited to:
- Online courses and training programmes
- Webinar recordings
- Downloadable resources, guides, and templates
- Bundled digital content packages
All product descriptions and content are for accountancy professionals and business owners. Products are intended to be educational and informational. They do not constitute professional accounting, legal, or financial advice specific to your circumstances.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our products.
Payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your card details.
Your purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how to access your product.
4. Access to Digital Products
On completion of a successful purchase, you will be given access to your product via your account on this website. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and not sharing them with others.
Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute any product you purchase from us.
We aim to make products available immediately following purchase. In the unlikely event of a technical issue delaying access, please contact us and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, this right does not apply where you have requested immediate access to a digital product and acknowledged at the point of purchase that you lose your right to cancel once access is granted.
By completing your purchase on this website, you confirm that:
- You are requesting immediate access to the digital content
- You acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel is lost once you access the product
Faulty or misdescribed products
If a product is faulty, not as described, or inaccessible due to an error on our part, please contact us at support@aiccountancy.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include providing a corrected version, replacement access, or a full refund at our discretion.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within our digital products, including text, video, audio, graphics, and templates, is owned by Billie McLoughlin trading as AIccountancy and is protected by copyright.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own professional development and business use.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of a product without our written permission
- Use our content to create derivative works for commercial sale
- Share login credentials or product files with others
- Upload any part of our products to third-party platforms
7. Limitation of Liability
Our digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. While we take care to ensure content is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that information will remain current, particularly given the fast-moving nature of AI and technology.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content in our products. You are responsible for applying any information to your own circumstances and seeking professional advice where needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have:
- Shared your login details or product content with others
- Used our content in breach of these terms
- Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
9. Changes to Products
We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw digital products at any time. Where a product you have purchased is significantly changed or removed, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase or experience on this website, please contact us in the first instance at support@aiccountancy.co.uk. We will aim to respond within 5 working days and to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
