A practical four-week course that takes you from Claude fundamentals to building automated, firm-specific workflows that run without you-covering core skills and briefing, setting up Projects and Skills around your firm, connecting Claude to your existing tools, and finishing with a demo day where you present a working tool and a team rollout plan.
Time commitment required: 90 minutes per week for the sessions Suggested: Block out 1 hour to put what you've learnt into place.
How the four weeks run

Get fluent
13 November 2026
✓The basics, we leave our ego at the door and we assume nothing.
✓We start with what Claude is and why it behaves nothing like Google.
✓Then getting set up: which plan you need, browser against desktop app and why it matters, which model to pick and when, how the usage allowance works, and how to keep your chats tidy so you can find things again.
✓Then the questions every firm asks.
✓Where does your data go, what does and doesn’t leave the UK, what the ICAEW and PCRT guidance actually says, and the difference between a personal subscription and a firm one.
✓The second half is briefing.
✓You’ll see the same job done badly and done properly, side by side, and write your own with feedback on it live. Create prompting framework and close with research that gives you sources you can check, and a look at the difference between Chat, Cowork and Code so you know what’s coming.
✓Your five ticks
✓-What Claude actually is
✓-Getting set up properly
✓-Data and permissions
✓-How to brief it
✓-Research that saves you hours.
✓You leave with:
✓-A brief that works for one job you do every day
✓-Your settings sorted
✓-An answer for whoever asks about data.

Put your firm into Claude
20 November 2026
✓Week one, you briefed it every time.
✓This week it already knows your firm before you type a word.
✓We set Cowork up properly, with trusted folders and the settings that decide what it can and can’t touch.
✓Then you hand it a folder and a real job, and watch it write its own plan and work through it. Then you open the folder and find the work done, on your actual computer, not in a chat window.
✓You’ll write your global instructions with a way I will teach, which gets a far better result than describing yourself cold.
✓We cover Skills and how to put one on a timetable so the work happens without anybody starting it.
✓Then Projects, so everything for one job lives in one place.
✓There’s a section on artifacts too: the documents, decks and small tools Claude builds for you, how to share them, and what to check before you send one to a client.
✓You leave with:
✓- Your global instructions written,
✓- One Skill captured from a job you actually do
✓- One Project built for a real piece of work.

Build something that runs without you
27 November 2026
✓Claude stops being a separate window and starts reaching into the tools you already use.
✓We cover connectors and MCP, with a live connection built in front of you, and the three questions to ask before you connect anything.
✓We deal with the Microsoft 365 question properly, because several firms get told no by their IT team on the basis of a misunderstanding.
✓Then plugins and sub-agents, where Claude hands parts of a job to several copies of itself working at once.
✓Two bonus sections: Claude in Chrome and Claude for Excel
✓You leave with:
✓- At least one connector live
✓- A view of what a firm-wide setup looks like rather than a personal one.

Demo day
4 December 2026
✓The session where it all joins up.
✓We build one complete process together, start to finish, using everything from the previous three weeks.
✓Then the surgery, where we go through the five reasons these things break and how to fix each one. If yours isn’t working, bring it.
✓The last part is the one partners care about. Seven questions you answer as we go, just make sure that it actually makes out the group chat at the end of the sessions.
✓You leave with:
✓- A working process
✓- A written rollout plan you can hand to your partners that week.
Plus
✓A workbook before every session
✓A Prompt Quality Framework (understand why most people get bad outputs and how to fix it)
✓Recordings of every session
